Referral Information
- Student Privacy: All student visits are strictly confidential.
- No Barriers: Students do not require adult consent or a healthcare card to access our clinic.
- Mental Health Referrals: Please note we provide referrals to specialists; we do not have clinical counsellors on staff.
Recommended for Councilors
Pre-Visit Form: Councilors are encouraged to provide the Specific Referral Form to the student. This form is encouraged but NOT required before the student speaking with us. Please fax to 604-531-8308.
Clinic Availability for Students
- Phone Lines: Wednesdays 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM at 604-542-3926
- Drop-In: Wednesdays 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Location: White Rock / South Surrey area
